Investor Relations

Investor Relations is handled at the very highest level at Hannover Re. Since Wilhelm Zeller, Chairman of the Executive Board, took over the management of the company in January 1996, we have pursued an aggressive Shareholder Value policy. Transparency and reliability are our key watchwords in this regard.

Investor Relations activities

By means of individual discussions, we strive to maintain a direct dialogue with financial analysts and institutional investors. We organise regular roadshows at major financial marketplaces throughout the world and regularly participate in investors' conferences, trade fairs and share forums.

DIRK commitment

Hannover Re has been a member of the German Investor Relations Association (Deutscher Investor Relations Kreis (DIRK) e.V.) since 1997 and follows their recommended code of practice for the conduct of Investor Relations activities.
